Weston Robot was honored to be invited to showcase its cutting-edge robotics solutions at the Smart City exhibition held from 17 to 19 September at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). The company demonstrated how quadruped robot dogs can play a critical role in smart cities by performing tasks such as search and rescue operations, firefighting support, and autonomous delivery. These advanced robots highlight how urban areas can benefit from robotics in emergency response and everyday services.
In addition to rescue and emergency applications, Weston Robot presented a suite of robots designed for municipal and infrastructure management. These included robotic mowers for green space upkeep, unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) for waterway monitoring, robotic sweepers for urban cleaning, and tunnel inspection robots for enhancing infrastructure safety. Each solution is aimed at improving efficiency and reducing manpower needs while ensuring safer and cleaner environments for residents.
To tie all these innovations together, Weston Robot also showcased its 5G-enabled management solutions. Leveraging ultra-low latency and high-bandwidth connectivity, the system allows city operators to monitor, coordinate, and control fleets of diverse robots in real time. This integration of robotics and next-generation communications technology underscores Weston Robot’s commitment to building smarter, safer, and more sustainable cities of the future.

06-04Weston Robot participated in a robotics and AI industry event at Republic Polytechnic, bringing together technology leaders, researchers, and innovators to explore the future of intelligent automation. During the event, our G1 Humanoid Robot captivated attendees with live demonstrations and interactive engagement. The showcase provided valuable opportunities to connect with industry partners and demonstrate real-world robotics applications.- 05-29
