We were delighted to welcome a delegation from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) to Weston Robot for an engaging Learning Journey focused on the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and robotics. During the visit, students and faculty explored how intelligent robots are transforming industries through autonomous mobility, AI perception, and advanced manipulation.

The session introduced the complete development lifecycle of modern robotic systems, from hardware integration and sensor technologies to AI-driven decision-making and practical deployment. By engaging directly with our engineering team, participants gained a deeper appreciation of the challenges and opportunities involved in building robots capable of operating safely and efficiently in dynamic environments.

Participants also explored how Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models are trained using multimodal data, gaining valuable insights into embodied AI, intelligent robot learning, and the future of autonomous robotics.

Weston Robot was honored to welcome students and faculty from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) for an immersive Learning Journey at our Singapore office. The delegation explored the latest advancements in AI, robotics, and embodied intelligence through hands-on demonstrations with our robot dog and AgileX robotic arm. Participants also gained valuable insights into our Vision-Language-Action (VLA) training workflow, learning how multimodal data is collected and used to train robots to understand human instructions and perform intelligent manipulation tasks.
