Weston Robot was pleased to welcome a delegation from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) for an engaging Learning Journey at our Singapore office. The visit provided students and faculty members with a first-hand look at the latest developments in artificial intelligence, robotics, and embodied AI. Participants explored how intelligent robots are being deployed in real-world applications, from autonomous inspection and security patrols to industrial automation. Through interactive discussions and live demonstrations, the delegation gained valuable insights into how AI, perception, and robotic control come together to create autonomous systems capable of operating in complex environments.

A key highlight of the Learning Journey was the hands-on experience with our robot dog and AgileX robotic arm, which are used in our Vision-Language-Action (VLA) training pipeline. Visitors observed how multimodal data—including images, human instructions, and robot actions—is collected to train robots to understand language and perform manipulation tasks with increasing autonomy. The demonstrations showcased the complete workflow, from data collection to AI model training and real-world execution, giving students a practical understanding of the future of embodied intelligence. Weston Robot sincerely thanks NUAA for visiting us, and we look forward to fostering future collaborations that inspire innovation, research, and the next generation of AI and robotics talent.
07-15Students and faculty from Nagoya University visited Weston Robot for an engaging Learning Journey featuring a live Unitree G1 humanoid boxing demonstration, an introduction to the new Unitree H2 humanoid robot, and hands-on experiences with our robot dog and AgileX robotic arm. Participants also explored how Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models are trained using multimodal data, gaining valuable insights into embodied AI, intelligent robot learning, and the future of autonomous robotics.
